Uhip offers free returns within 30 days of distribution. We offer free returns as long as the pre-paid return label is being used.
For customers within EU: Please use the prepaid return label that you received with your delivery. If you have not received a return label, please register your return at the link below and we will send a return label to your email.
For customers outside EU: Please register your return at the link below and we will send you a prepaid return label.
Should you need to exchange a product, just return your purchased item and place a new order for the replacement product.
How to return a product:
1. Fold the garment as it was delivered to you, zips closed and labels still attached.
2. Place the garment in the transparent plastic bag.
3. Box or wrap the garment sufficiently and fasten the return label onto the package.
4. Hand in your parcel to a Service Point. Keep hold of the parcel ID number.
What happens next?
We receive your product and send an email confirmation message to the email address you provided upon purchase. A return is normally handled within a week once we have received the parcel.
Orders paid with Klarna
We will register the return with Klarna, and they will reimburse you. Please note that the delivery cost will not be reimbursed. It can take up to 10 working days to administer the reimbursement. Download the Klarna app to keep track.
Orders paid with Paypal
We will administer the reimbursement via Paypal which in turn will pay the money back to your account. Please note that the delivery cost will not be reimbursed.
