Where is my order/my parcel?

Once you have placed your order it is normally packed within 48 hours (applies to working days). During the holiday seasons and major campaigns, it may be a few days longer. Freight companies deliver to your chosen pickup point within two (2) working days. Remote orders may sometimes take longer.

Track your delivery
You will receive an email once we have started to handle your order and another email confirming that your order has been dispatched. The email will also contain your parcel ID that can be used for tracking your order. 

For deliveries within Sweden, we recommend the app “Minapaket” which is an easy way to track your order. 

Delays and partial deliveries
We do our very best to deliver orders promptly, but sometimes there are still delays. Due to this Uhip can’t guarantee delivery on a specific day and we are unable to accept liability for delays occurring due to reasons beyond our control.

We aim to deliver your full order within one consignment. If your order includes products with varying delivery times you may need to wait longer before receiving your order. 

In case you haven’t received an email confirmation of your order, please check your spam folder. If it has been 5 days or more since placing an order and you haven’t heard from us, send an email to support@uhipwear.com
